Hearing on SB 5 ballot language scheduled
The Ohio Ballot Board will meet next week to consider and certify ballot language for Senate Bill 5, the state's new collective-bargaining law, which will face a voter referendum on Nov. 8.
Secretary of State Jon Husted, the Republican chairman of the five-member board, announced the public meeting will be at 10 a.m. on Aug.3 in the Finance Hearing Room at the Statehouse.
