The Dues and
Administration Office
The Dues and Administrative Office is located in the front of the Teamsters Building, 435 South Hawley Street, Toledo, Ohio, across from the switchboard that handles all in-coming calls. The office is responsible for all matters pertaining to your contract, dues payments, issuing identification cards, withdrawal cards and the membership mailing list.
SHOULD YOU LEAVE YOUR JOB FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE SECURE A WITHDRAWAL CARD IMMEDIATELY A withdrawal card stops your dues from accumulating the months you are not working. When you return to work, you simply turn in your withdrawal card and dues should be automatically be deducted from your next pay check, thus eliminating your paying back dues. A withdrawal card costs fifty-cents.
The dues you pay cover many of the benefits you receive. The following is a breakdown of your Union dues dollars as paid to other entities;
